The National Film Authority (NFA), under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, in partnership with Silverbird Cinemas, has officially launched the second edition of the Africa Cinema Summit 2024 in Accra, Ghana.

The Africa Cinema Summit (ACS) 2024 themed "The Relevance of Cinema in African Communities," is scheduled to take place at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra from October 7th to 10th.

The three-day Africa Cinema Summit (ACS) 2024 will bring together delegates from more than 20 African countries to critically discuss the state of the film industry and cinema in Africa. Moreover, the Africa Cinema Summit (ACS) 2024 will focus on the improving standards of local content creation and viewership, which are strengthening the argument for greater investment in cinema.
