Texas Energy Ltd is a private Oil and Gas trading company registered in 2014 in Kenya with its trading and operating activities in various countries in Africa namely Uganda, Rwanda, DR Congo and Burundi.

Texas Energy Ltd positions itself as a Pan-African Oil and Gas company with a vision to offer African energy solutions to the African continent.

Texas Energy Ltd's purpose is to participate in the development of the downstream sector opportunities and as well as partner in the upstream activities with renowned petroleum E&P companies in sustainable extraction and exploitation of oil and gas discoveries for the benefit of the African people.

Texas Energy Ltd products and services include:
• Supply and Trading - Bulk supply & distribution of fuels to distributors & independent stations; Trading of bulk petroleum products from overseas to other oil marketing companies via tenders and long term contracts; etc
• Retail - Retailing of petroleum products through retail partnership and company owned sites
• LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) - LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) importation and bulk supplies, etc
• Export and Transit - Export of white and black fuels from Kenya, Uganda, Burundi, DR Congo, Tanzania and Mozambique to other landlocked countries, etc
• Commercial and Industrial - Resellers both at depots and retail stations; Sales to various industries, business to business, governments and NGOs, etc
• Lubricants - lubricants importation, trading and supply across the country
