Agro Processing Trust Corporation Ltd (APTC)

APTC Ltd is an investment Holding Trust Company whose offices are located in Kigali, Rwanda. Agro Processing Trust Corporation Ltd (APTC) is legally registered in accordance with the Rwanda company law. Since its establishment, Agro Processing Trust Corporation Ltd (APTC) boasts of a diversified investment portfolio of about US$16 million. The investments are mainly in livestock and crop production, which feed into the agro processing components.

Agro Processing Trust Corporation Ltd (APTC) came into existence as a result of restructuring and re-organization the scope of business activities of API Ltd. Through the shared services, Agro Processing Trust Corporation Ltd (APTC) maintains coordinating role, financial support, contract negotiation, business/project analysis and inception to the subsidiaries. Agro Processing Trust Corporation Ltd (APTC) has invested in a wide range of business activities in three subsidiary companies and two stand alone projects as follows:
